Hampton Inn Fall River/Westport

Lost power during the blizzard in our house and almost all hotels were sold out. Pleasantly surprised by our experience here. Pretty basic hotel. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.

I'm a disabled, wheelchair bound, person who requires additional assistance for nearly all ADL. I went to visit my daughter for a week. The staff worked with me to ensure I had the ADA room and an adjoining room, for my caregiver, and actually held the reservation! They went out of their way to help us at every turn. My only complaint with the ADA room was that the actual shower stall was only the size of a bathtub--it would be nice if it was larger. I will be staying here again when I next visit my daughter. Highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality and service.

The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms are clean, comfy and set up well. The pool area was extremely clean and also set up nicely. Great stay.

We stopped for one night on our way to Cape Cod. We were so pleasantly surprised by basically everything. Lately I feel like the service and attention to detail has gone way down at these mid level hotels and so we usually look for independent spots but we took a chance and were absolutely wowed. The whole facility—lobby, elevator, halls, room, breakfast area—was clean and updated. The woman who checked us in looked professional and was very friendly and helpful. Our room was so comfortable and, most importantly, CLEAN it was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had at a Hampton Inn in a very long time. KUDOS to the service staff here. I hope your guests act accordingly and respect the property and leave their rooms tidy. You’re doing a great job!

Great place. I went there because I was having surgery about 15 minutes away. They were wonderful. And had me on the 1st floor right Next to the door so I didn't have to walk. So far, which was hard to do.GINNY was the best answer so helpful also, their mattress and bedding was so phenomenal. I went on their website and I purchased the mattress and some other bedding that should be delivered in about three weeks to my house. Also when I got to the room,

Our room was nice and clean. The service I received was very good. The location was great - I was in town for the Buzzard Bay triathlon. We had their breakfast both days we were there - no complaints! I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed over 20 nights at this location over the past 18 months. The staff are super friendly and I’ve never had a problem if I needed to adjust my stays due to unforeseen circumstances. The rooms I’ve had were all clean and properly maintained. Free breakfast is a nice benefit if you need a quick bite in the morning. There is a grille close by that has a nice menu and they offer pick up if you would rather relax in the room. I would say this place is more business oriented but I have also seen plenty of family stay here for weddings and other gatherings. Gym machines work fine and there is enough equipment to get a good workout in the morning or afternoon. They also have coin laundry for longer stays. Overall, very impressed!

My stays at this Hampton Inn are always top notch. Evan and Kyle are true professionals and very accommodating. If you’re passing by or in the area I would recommend this location to stay at. Clean rooms, beautiful lobby and breakfast in the morning. Thanks again to the friendly staff and see you next time!
